Second Notice: Supplementary Interview for 2024 PhD Applicants - College of Petroleum and Gas Engineering

Attention: Applicants of the 2024 Petroleum Engineering PhD Entrance Exam

This is to inform you that, due to numerous requests for an additional interview opportunity, it has been decided to hold interviews for applicants who were unable to attend on the previously announced date. The interviews will take place **from 9:00 AM on Monday, 10th Tir 1403 (1st July 2024)** at the **College of Petroleum and Gas Engineering**, located on the **3rd floor of the Shahid Mofatteh Building at Sahand University of Technology**.  

Please carefully review the university announcement (link below) for details on the interview process and required documents. Submit the completed **Form No. 1** and all supporting documents (including recommendation letters in the specified format) **no later than Wednesday, 6th Tir 1403 (26th June 2024)** to the college email: **officeoilandgas@sut.ac.ir**.  

**Note:**  
- Interviews are **conditional** on submitting Form No. 1.  
- Points for educational/research activities require documented proof (e.g., recommendation letters per the university’s format).  

The College of Petroleum and Gas Engineering offers PhD admissions in **all four disciplines**:  
1. **Exploration**  
2. **Reservoir Engineering**  
3. **Drilling**  
4. **Production**
